KaiserbäderTourismusService GmbH endeavours to make its website barrier-free in accordance with Section 14 Paragraph 1 of the Mecklenburg-Vorpommern State Disability Equality Act (LBGG MV) and the Mecklenburg-Vorpommern Barrier-Free Information Technology Ordinance (BITVO MV) in their currently valid versions.
Operating instructions
For improved accessibility, the third-party extension Eye-Able® (https://eye-able.com) is used. This allows adaptation to individual limitations and supports contrast modes, color blindness adjustments, font sizes, as well as the ability to turn off animations or have the website read aloud.

Are you dissatisfied with the way your request has been handled? Or have you not received a response to your feedback within six weeks? In this case, you can submit a request to the Mecklenburg-Vorpommern Monitoring Body for Digital Accessibility of Public Bodies to review the regulations and measures stated in the Accessibility Statement.
The monitoring body is responsible for the complaint and enforcement procedure according to Section 2 Paragraph 1 BITVO MV.
Upon your request, the authority will examine whether further action is necessary against the public authority. The complaint and enforcement procedure is free of charge for you as the complainant. You do not need legal representation.
After receiving the complaint, the following steps will be taken:
- Checking whether actual violations of accessibility can be identified
- The public authority is requested to remedy the deficiencies within a specified period and will receive proposals for implementation.
- If the public authority does not comply with the complaint, it must justify this to the supervisory authority
- All parties involved will be informed about the status of the proceedings
- Conclusion of the enforcement procedure by means of a summary final notice to the complainant and an explanation of the implementation.
- Inform the public body and the relevant technical or legal supervisory authority

Independently of the complaint procedure, the enforcement procedure can also be initiated by the Monitoring Body for Digital Accessibility of Public Bodies MV itself on the basis of identified deficiencies.
