Bathing fun in the salty sea water in the imperial baths is not only available in the Baltic Sea, but also on the other side of the dune. The OstseeTherme Usedom is centrally located in the imperial baths of Ahlbeck, Heringsdorf and Bansin. Since its opening in March 1996, the thermal spa has been visited by over 3,5 million guests.
The OstseeTherme Usedom with its bathing and sauna world, the spa center and the sports and health studio is open to you all year round, except for a few days.
The pleasantly temperate thermal water in the bathing world in Ahlbeck invites you to relax and unwind all year round. Many people swear by bathing in the health fountain made of salt and iodine, which is said to make the skin beautiful and increase well-being. In the OstseeTherme Usedom, the 4 percent iodine brine, which is extracted from a depth of 408 meters right next to the Heringsdörfer pier, is embedded in three of the six pools. There is a water grotto in the large pool and you can take a long swim in the open air in the outdoor pool, which is approx. 33°C warm. For the very little ones there is a baby pool and a water garden.
