The International Day of Forests has been taking place since 1970 - this year under the motto “Forests and innovation: new solutions for a better world".
The day is intended to remind us of the role that forests play in our lives and to draw attention to the diverse, modern and future-oriented uses of our forests.
For our health, the forest is "a “green pharmacy” with very special effects.
The forest is a place of longing for many people - it stands for silence, untouched nature and has an enormous health-promoting aspect. Informative therapy hike to the first spa and healing forest in Europe with our therapist Daniel on the topic: healthy breathing, relaxation, silence and mindfulness for mind and soul in the coniferous forest and under beech trees.
