While life is pulsating on the promenade in the historic seaside resorts of the Imperial Baths, you will find incredibly wonderful peace right next door in the spa and healing forest. With their “First spa and healing forest in Europe” project, the Imperial Baths on the island of Usedom have been relying on the power of the forest for people’s health since 2015. In addition to the pleasant, stimulating climate - the result of the unique combination of sea and forest air - the spa and healing forest has a few surprises in store for its guests: different terrain, integrated stations and historical places. The paths over hill and dale are interrupted here and there by motor or sensory paths and cross historical places.

We invite all children to the joint World Children's Day celebration in the Heringsdorf Children's Healing Forest, which was ceremoniously opened on September 20.09.2021, XNUMX.

The first children's healing forest was opened in 2021 in what is probably the most idyllic part of the spa and healing forest. A very special place where special and nature-based therapy places for children have been created. Climbing, swinging, walking barefoot, testing the mother's staircase, lying in the moss and recognizing sounds - in the children's healing forest a journey of discovery awaits you among the beech and pine trees.

Whether through informative therapy hikes with our therapist Daniel, unique forest yoga under the guidance of our yoga teacher Petra or discover the power of the spa and healing forest on your own, on the various paths and stations, optionally also with the Waldapp.

Qi Gong is a 4000-year-old Chinese practice for harmonizing body and mind that is deeply rooted in traditional Chinese medicine. In the 20th century, Qi Gong experienced a renaissance worldwide as a method for promoting health.
The exercises are suitable for everyone. They address the 7 organs of our body and bring the energy flow directly there. The practitioners are given the chance to remain in the moment with awareness; the effect follows immediately.
