Welcome to Goethe Park
The Goethe Park with its unique atmosphere is inconspicuously located right next to the main traffic route of the Kaiserbäder. The gentle rustling of the countless leaves in the treetops drowns out the hustle and bustle of everyday life and at the same time provides pleasant shade on hot days. When a gentle breeze blows over the grass and our local ducks take a break on the small pond, it is a truly wonderful experience.
Nature
The Goethe Park is located in a small mixed forest and is therefore home to a few forest dwellers. Squirrels and forest birds in particular feel at home here. The small pond, the proximity to other bodies of water and the sheltered location mean that the native mallard duck and the occasional seagull settle here.
Playground
At the heart of Goethe Park there is a playground where you can climb, slide, swing, or balance to your heart's content. This means that there are no limits to the creativity and adventurous spirit of our youngest guests. Of course, there are also places to sit around the playground for anyone who needs a short break.
Events
The fact that Goethe Park also has another side can be seen on a few days a year. Then it is transformed into a place full of excitement and discoveries, when concerts from the JAZZ WE CAN festival, workshops from the Mid(mach)summer festival, walking acts, aerial acrobatics, fire shows and light installations from Parkzauber overshadow the otherwise quiet backdrop of Goethe Park.
