Dog friendly beaches | At the four dog beaches in the Kaiserbäder (Kaiserbäder), furry friends can play, swim, and laze around to their heart's content. Beach sections 1/A1 to 1/A3 and 1/E in Ahlbeck, beach section 2/Y in Heringsdorf, and beach section 3/L in Bansin are dog-friendly.
Dog-Friendly Game Rules | To ensure smooth interaction between humans and dogs, there are a few rules for dogs and their owners to follow in the Kaiserbäder resorts of Ahlbeck, Heringsdorf, and Bansin. Out of consideration for all guests and to protect our unique natural environment, it is not only mandatory to keep your four-legged friend on a leash in the Kaiserbäder resorts, but also to clean up after themselves. Doggie bags are available free of charge at the tourist information offices and in public restrooms.

Dog beach seasons
Low season | Beginning of October to end of April
During the off-season, all beach entrances are accessible to your dog. However, it's important to be considerate of people and other animals and keep your dog on a leash at all times. Never leave your dog unattended on the Baltic Sea beach and ensure that he or she is responsive at all times.
Peak season | Beginning of May to end of September
Between 08:00 a.m. and 20:00 p.m., only the paths leading to the dog beach are permitted as access to the Baltic Sea beach, and dogs are only permitted there. From 20:00 p.m. to 08:00 a.m., you and your dog are permitted to visit all sections of the beach. Please keep your dog on a leash, even between the beach chairs, as visibility of new beachgoers may be limited.
