Sports and fun at the Imperial Baths sports beach
On, on, in the water - the sports beach of the Kaiserbades offers the right program and the right course for beginners or professionals and for tension or relaxation: Whether volleyballs over nets, enjoying yoga in the beach sand or with the stand-up board towards the sunrise paddle.
If lounging on the fine sand isn't enough for you, you can work up a sweat on the sports beach. Anyone looking to stay fit while on vacation or enjoying a game of football can really get going here. Whether you enjoy chasing balls or want to start the day with a relaxing morning exercise session, there are plenty of opportunities to be active at the Kaiserbäder sports beach. You can round off the day on the Baltic Sea with sunset stand-up paddleboarding.
Beach soccer, volleyball, beach tennis or gymnastics have one thing in common here - the fine, white beach under your feet and the steady, rushing waves in your ears.

Sports facilities can be used freely every day from April to October.
The courses and tournaments offered are not expected to take place until from June 2026 again.

Imperial Baths Beach Tennis Tour
Beach Tennis is an action-packed mix of Tennis, beach volleyball and badminton – with spectacular rallies, athletic jumps and rousing music on the beach.
On Friday and Saturday evenings, atmospheric beach parties provide the perfect holiday atmosphere.
Admission is free. Come by, join in, or simply enjoy the summer atmosphere at Ahlbeck's sports beach.

Glow Volleyball Tournament
The beach glows in neon colors under black light, glowing volleyballs are smashed over the net, players are covered in neon make-up. The beach in Ahlbeck will shine brightly again, then you can splash, dredge and dance again.

Water sports day
Try out the water sports on offer at the Kaiserbäder sports beach for a whole day for free. From exciting volleyball and football tournaments in the water to relaxing trips in a stand-up paddle boat and other exciting activities on and in the water.
Sports Beach Aftermovie 2024
A look back at this season at the sports beach, packed with all sorts of activities and events that make the Kaiserbäder sports beach a unique experience on the Baltic coast. Highlights like playing volleyball in neon colors at the Glow Volleyball Tournament, the newly introduced Water Sports Day, and the Kaiserbäder Beach Tennis Tour are not to be missed in 2025.

Tom Müller is a young man who was born in the picturesque Otto Runge town of Wolgast. With his lively personality and ambitious nature, he has made a name for himself as a sports and fitness businessman.
From an early age, Tom was enthusiastic about sporting activities. He is an avid handball player and always gives his best when it comes to his passion. His love of sport and his understanding of fitness ultimately led him to the decision to turn his passion into a career.
Tom is not only a competent contact person at the sports beach of the imperial baths, but also a motivating and inspiring coach. He is able to encourage his guests and spur them on to peak performance. His friendly nature and positive charisma make him a popular contact for sports enthusiasts and those interested in fitness.

In our offers there is something suitable for all age groups - from young to old.
The active promenade with its diverse sporting equipment for all age groups fits perfectly with the sports beach below. From pull-ups and flexion support to jumping parkour and exercises for the stomach and back - everyone will find their sporting challenge.
Basically, everything is without registration.
For the few exceptions, please consult the current course schedule.
There's a seating area with cushions and awnings with beanbags. We also have more than 25 deck chairs.
Life jackets are available for stand-up paddling if required.
No, there are no lockers or a locker on site.
