LIKED DATE….expired - Cabaret with Ralph Richter

Shouldn't that mean expiration date? you ask yourself. The expiration date is the date beyond which it is no longer edible. But the cabaret artist Ralph Richter, who is world-famous in parts of Saxony-Anhalt, is now at an age where he no longer has to be there everywhere. His grace date has expired. But no matter, he re-enters life's chamber of horrors, where he has no place but always finds something. He is a storyteller, and the audience can be sure that he has neither mercy nor reason.
He examines everyday life to see if it's suitable for jokes, without being pointed. But you definitely want to follow his absurd views around the next bend. All kinds of amusing things have to be discussed there. Lack of skilled workers, correct speech, linguistic confusion, the purest sense of direction, the sprightly pensioner argues against the youth, and the caretaker puts his thumb on the little catastrophes of the crazy everyday sense of normality. You think to yourself: It's a good thing I'm not like that. And you haven't even noticed that you've been there for a long time.
You shouldn't expect a living room-friendly, dimly-lit rebelliousness, but it will be silly too. You can think for yourself. But you don't have to. Happily aging or not - at least Richter's expiration date isn't pasted over. A program for people who already have everything. All the right things in the cupboard, endearing quirks and humor.
